More recently as consumers spend more time and effort trying to understand, manage and maintain the technologies they use every day, Radialpoint sees a strategic opportunity to expand ISPs’ revenue potential by positioning them as the "IT Managers" for their customers’ digital homes. As a result, the company broadened its focus to provide a wide range of managed services and support for the digital home. Radialpoint subsequently acquired HiWired and Casero, market leaders for Premium Support and Online Sharing & Backup respectively to expand its digital home offerings, grow its market share, and expand its business to new markets. The combination of these companies creates the largest provider of private-label, digital home IT solutions to the service provider industry, serving more than 50 million addressable subscribers at more than 20 leading ISPs worldwide!
