What makes you get up and come to work for Radialpoint every morning?

I think Radialpoint is unique in a number of ways and we can all see from the results of our business model which was way ahead of its time, and has yielded significant results.

Describe the culture at Radialpoint and how it’s different from any previous job.

I have been in business for over 25 years, and have been an entrepreneur for most of those. Radialpoint gives me the framework for business success and the bandwidth for entrepreneurialism.

What advice would you give to someone considering working at Radialpoint?

There are always going to be changes when you move from one business to another and for that reason I would say give yourself the time to learn and understand the way things work. Coming up with ideas for change is good, but you need to rationalize them within the culture.

What Radialpoint perks/benefits are your friends jealous of?

I think the work hard and play hard culture is the best example of this.
