Describe the culture at Radialpoint and how it’s different from any previous job.

Everyone in general understands the high level goals of the company and why tasks are assigned. Everyone understands the direction that the company is headed and we all move quickly to meet those goals.

How is working in a rapidly growing high-tech company different from other industries?

There are many more opportunities to grow as the company grows and you have to be able to react fast and efficiently as new requests are made, new products introduced and changes occur. You really get the opportunity to work on your adaptations skills.

Radialpoint strongly believes in balancing work and play. How has this approach impacted your life?

Its flexible in that you’re able to manage your work in whatever way is convenient for you. It’s really nice that they accommodate everyone and I think that the flexibility is a pretty essential part of our company culture.
