What do you do at Radialpoint (what is a typical day like)?

There’s hardly a typical day at Radialpoint. My days are split between managing customers, building new programs that will enable them to reach their business goals, evangelizing their interest to other Radialpoint teams and sometimes putting myself back into the code and configuration to help the Solutions team deliver a critical project.

Describe the culture at Radialpoint and how it’s different from any previous job.

Besides the great downtown offices, flex-time, relaxed dress code and fun perks, Radialpoint really has an ‘entrepreneur’ culture where employees are accountable and given the space needed to shine and make their own decisions.

How is working in a rapidly growing high-tech company different from other industries?

It’s a fast changing industry and sometimes you need to adapt. You need to constantly keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies to be the leader in your space. For some, this might be crazy. For me, that’s what I crave.

Radialpoint strongly believes in balancing work and play. How has this approach impacted your life?

Sometimes managing customers in different time zones can be difficult but Radialpoint provides the tools I need to get the job done. I can arrange my work schedule to fit my lifestyle and I’m equipped to work remotely when I can’t make it in the office.
