What makes you get up and come to work for Radialpoint every morning?

The people and the challenge. Firstly, we’re like a family here – the team players, the execs and everyone all working together toward common goals. Secondly, I thrive on challenges and excel in a fast-paced environment, so I feel at home here.

Describe the culture at Radialpoint and how it’s different from any previous job.

Here the owners care about employees and are concerned about taking care of employees’ needs, whether providing healthy snacks, massages or work challenges - they are always looking out for Radialpointers.

How is working in a rapidly growing high-tech company different from other industries?

Due to the fast pace of high-tech companies you learn a lot more in a quicker timeframe which makes you become responsible and accountable. You also are offered constant challenges – there is always something happening so you learn on the job how to deal with them and meet your goals.

Radialpoint strongly believes in balancing work and play. How has this approach impacted your life?

Radialpoint was very supportive of me through two maternity leaves, and lets me work my schedule around taking care of my family.

What has been your favorite Radialpoint staff event and why?

We had a boat cruise event in the old port – it was intimate and allowed the entire company to have supper together.
