What is a typical day like for you at Radialpoint?

I define the product plan for the product line that I’m responsible for and work with various teams within Radialpoint to develop a product that fits that plan. On an ongoing basis, I continue to refine my understanding of the marketplace and our customers’ specific requirements to ensure that our products are consistent with their needs.

What makes you get up and come to work for Radialpoint every morning?

My favorite part of my job is the environment and the people. I have a challenging job, but it does not come with the frustrations that you might expect because of the great team that I work with. I think in the long term, the team is what makes you want to come to work every day.

Describe the culture at Radialpoint and how it’s different from any previous job.

In Product Management, you have to want to try new things, challenge yourself creatively and take risks. Radialpoint provides an environment that fosters creativity, and supports new ideas. There’s a real entrepreneurial spirit here, and at every level, they support and encourage that.

What advice would you give to someone considering working at Radialpoint?

I would say that they should be prepared to learn, grow, do new things and always be willing to push themselves to the next level.

What Radialpoint perks/benefits are your friends jealous of?

I’d say the biggest benefit is being able to deal with work and family life… and the snacks. I love that there are always snacks around.
