What makes you get up and come to work for Radialpoint every morning?

The quick pace and rapid changes in a fast growing company make for very exciting days. Rarely will two consecutive days look the same, providing a very dynamic environment to keep me highly motivated and excited to tackle the ever evolving challenges.

Describe the culture at Radialpoint and how it’s different from any previous job.

Radialpoint has truly captured the “family” concept where employees feel valued and like they belong to something. It’s a very open culture where employees can bring up concerns, questions or issues and senior management is very diligent in ensuring that these items are addressed.

What advice would you give to someone considering working at Radialpoint?

Simple - think about what is important for you in a work place. If a dynamic and rapid pace where employees are valued, challenged and have great perks sounds interesting, Radialpoint should absolutely be on your list.

How is working in a rapidly growing high-tech company different from other industries?

Due to our industry and competition, continuous investments are made to maintain our competitive edge. This is contrary to many companies that are in a spending decline and must continuously struggle to determine where to reduce resources and investments. So while Radialpoint is quite selective in where to invest for the future, the ability and willingness of Radialpoint to continue to invest drives lots of change and new challenges for all employees.

Radialpoint strongly believes in balancing work and play. How has this approach impacted your life?

It’s a refreshing change to be employed at a company where they view employees as true assets to the business. As a result, Radialpoint recognizes the importance and value in ensuring that employees establish healthy work habits that do not consume their overall lives. Consequently, whenever the need arises to go above and beyond the normal expectations, employees respond very positively as they appreciate the overall work/play balance that is provided by Radialpoint.
