What makes you get up and come to work for Radialpoint every morning?

There is no routine since most projects are really different from each other, which assures me that I will never be bored to come to work.

What advice would you give to someone considering working at Radialpoint?

Keep learning. A fast growing company needs to be able to react quickly when facing uncertainties in projects. By knowing different ways of doing things, you can adjust approaches to best suit our customers’ needs. When there is less work on your plate, that’s the perfect time to think about the next rush and prepare yourself by improving your skills in something you know will help you soon or later.

How is working in a rapidly growing high-tech company different from other industries?

Rapidly growing company equals fast coming projects, meaning that employee autonomy is welcomed. But fast coming projects also create more opportunities to surpass yourself and become confident about your skills and knowledge.

Radialpoint strongly believes in balancing work and play. How has this approach impacted your life?

Radialpoint knows how to reward its hard working employees by organizing events and allowing them to invite friends/boyfriends/girlfriends/husbands/wives. I think that bringing families into the employee atmosphere really helps to maintain a good relationship when we need to invest more time on our daily work.
