What do you do at Radialpoint (what is a typical day like)?

There are no typical days here! Being creative, open and flexible, while working within tight deadlines and handling many varied requests - is what goes on in my world at Radialpoint and keeps me pretty busy!

What makes you get up and come to work for Radialpoint every morning?

I get up and come to work every day because I am empowered to manage and work with a team that functions as an internal creative agency focused on delivering high-quality customer service. We are completely aligned in our dedication, proud to always give our best and united in our belief in the company’s mission and goals.

How is working in a rapidly growing high-tech company different from other industries?

In our industry things change rapidly and it challenges everyone to stay ahead of the pack in the midst of progressive technological advancements. Providing our customers with simple to use technology that makes their lives easier, while managing their digital home experience gives us the opportunity to shape how people use all of the tech devices in their home – cool stuff.

What is your greatest achievement at Radialpoint?

I am truly fortunate to have had the opportunity to experience numerous achievements that combine both personal and company success. It would be impossible to sum up one achievement but some major highlights are: numerous conferences where we displayed thought leadership, corporate awards for excellence, producing company milestone events, having the opportunity to lead the creative team through two years of huge growth – and building an orphanage in Namibia in our spare time!

Radialpoint strongly believes in balancing work and play. How has this approach impacted your life?

Flex time has helped me ensure that I can balance work time. Working your schedule around deadlines, ongoing projects and personal obligations is easier when you know that you have the flexibility to make it all work. In my opinion, it takes a very progressive company to understand this. That’s what makes Radialpoint the best company in Montreal!
