What do you do at Radialpoint (what is a typical day like)?

Typical day – The type of day that I have depends on where I am with my projects. I check emails for any urgent issues, I usually have customer calls that either relate to project status or information required to keep the project moving, and usually handle managing schedules and risk management for my various projects.

What makes you get up and come to work for Radialpoint every morning?

My customers – they depend on me to keep the project moving and to deliver on time with a product of quality.

Describe the culture at Radialpoint and how it’s different from any previous job.

They try and make things easy. By this I mean, there are snacks and drinks available so you don’t have to go out and buy them, dry cleaning service, in-house yoga classes, in-house French classes, soccer and more.

What is your greatest achievement at Radialpoint?

Making the transition from Documentation and Localization Manager to Project Manager was a huge career change and I got support and training through the whole process.
