Our internships give you the opportunity to start a career before you’ve even graduated.

We offer a number of paid, full-time Intern positions that are rotated every 4 months. This is our chance to get to know you, and your chance to get to know Radialpoint as a potential employer.

As a Radialpoint intern, you won’t be fetching coffee for your boss and filing papers – you’ll be gaining valuable experience in your field and insights into the industry. All Radialpoint interns are fully integrated members of the team with real responsibilities. This is why so many interns come back to Radialpoint for a second, third or fourth internship, and many stay on full-time after their graduation. In some departments, it’s also possible to work part-time during your studies.

Typical Radialpoint Intern Projects:

  • Development:
    • Writing C++ code to ensure all files signed with certain digital signatures would be white listed from our anti-malware engine.
    • Working on an algorithm in Java to throttle delivery of campaigns to only a portion of our user base under the constraints of no memory usage and minimal CPU usage.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • System Testing on new versions of Radialpoint products
    • Database testing using tools (ex: OpenLoad) to generate data
  • Technical Support:
    • Answering the user community and investigating bug reports with QA/Developers teams for beta releases
    • Beta-testing new releases of upcoming software
  • Marketing:
    • Helping coordinate major events and sponsorships
    • Working on global marketing campaigns that include advertising, PR, Web marketing and presentations

Activities

As part of your internship at Radialpoint, you will be able to participate in a variety of activities that help you gain more experience in your field and learn about the company. We make sure that you immediately feel welcome and part of the team. From lunches with your manager, to interns’ lunches with the CEO, to scheduled "Tech Talks" on industry subjects, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to get a feel for the business. You are also encouraged to bring your ideas to the table, to share your creativity, and to job shadow senior team members.
